ANTE Digital INC, a Delaware corporation (“ANTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates Outcome.gg — a prediction-market and live-streaming platform delivered through our website at app.outcome.playante.net, our iOS application, our Windows companion application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when and with whom we share it, and the choices you have. It is incorporated by reference into the Outcome.gg Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account registration:

• Full legal name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Username and display name
• Apple Sign In identifier (when used)
• Password (we do not see plaintext; only a salted hash is stored on our behalf by our auth provider)
• Phone number (optional, for account recovery and support)

Identity verification (KYC):

• Government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
• Date of birth, residential address, and nationality
• U.S. Social Security Number where required for tax-reporting purposes (winnings exceeding $600 in a calendar year)
• Facial biometric data captured for liveness verification by our verified providers (today: Didit and Reown)

Wallet, deposits, and withdrawals:

• Bank account or payment-card information (stored securely by our payment processor; ANTE Digital INC does not retain card numbers)
• Wallet address (when on-chain payment rails are used through our verified provider Reown)
• Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, wagers, payouts, fees)

Streamer and creator information (Streamer Accounts only):

• Channel handles for linked third-party platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube)
• OAuth tokens authorizing read or limited-write access to those platforms (stored encrypted and revocable at any time)
• Streaming metadata (titles, categories, schedule)
• Tax documentation (Form W-9 / W-8BEN where applicable)

User-generated content:

• Live broadcasts (audio and video) routed through our streaming infrastructure
• Chat messages, posts, comments, reactions, and direct messages
• Profile photo and biographical text
• Reports and support correspondence

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Gameplay and prediction-market activity:

• Markets you view, save, or trade against
• 1v1 Showdown participation (as host, opponent, or viewer)
• Wagers, settlement outcomes, and earnings
• Server-side audit logs of state transitions

Device and technical information:

• IP address (used for fraud-prevention and jurisdiction enforcement)
• Device identifiers (Apple Push Notification token, device model, OS version, app version, app build identifier)
• Crash logs and performance telemetry
• Network type (Wi-Fi / cellular) and approximate connection quality (for streaming reliability)

Geolocation:

• IP-based geolocation to enforce jurisdictional restrictions for adult features (wallet, betting, 1v1 Showdowns)
• We do not collect precise GPS location.

Cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies for session management
• Analytics cookies (only where you have consented; we do not run advertising trackers)

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We receive information about you from third parties when you link your accounts or when those third parties verify your identity for us:

• Twitch / Kick / YouTube: public channel metadata, broadcast status, viewer counts, and (where you have authorized it) follow/subscriber lists
• Apple Sign In: verified email and a stable Apple identifier
• Didit / Reown: the verified result of your KYC check (we receive a pass/fail signal and the verified data fields; biometric source images are retained by the provider, not by us)
• Esports data providers (e.g., PandaScore, GRID, Liquipedia) for tournament metadata used to construct prediction markets

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 To operate and improve the Platform

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate logins and protect against unauthorized access
• Process deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and payouts
• Match opponents and resolve 1v1 Showdowns
• Deliver live streams and notifications
• Operate prediction markets, including settlement
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Diagnose technical issues and improve reliability

2.2 To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

• Verify your age, identity, and jurisdiction (KYC and geo-fencing)
• Maintain anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and counter-terrorism-financing controls
• Generate tax forms (1099-MISC where applicable) and respond to lawful requests from authorities
• Enforce our Terms of Service

2.3 To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

• Detect multi-accounting, account takeover, payment fraud, and bonus abuse
• Detect cheating, match-fixing, collusion, and market manipulation
• Block VPN, proxy, and other circumvention attempts

2.4 For analytics and product development

• Understand which features users engage with
• Run A/B experiments on UI changes and matchmaking
• Aggregate, de-identified statistics shared internally and with investors

2.5 For communications

• Transactional notifications (deposit confirmations, payout notices, security alerts) — these cannot be silenced for the sake of account safety
• Push notifications for 1v1 Showdown invites, market settlements, streamer-go-live, and tip events — controlled via in-app notification preferences
• Optional product newsletters — opt-in only and includable in any email's footer

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

We share the minimum information necessary with vetted service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations:

Your username, display name, profile picture, public broadcasts, posts, comments, market activity (where you opt in to public attribution), 1v1 Showdown participation, and earnings tier (where displayed on leaderboards) are visible to other users of the Platform. Wallet balances, transaction history, KYC data, and contact information are not visible to other users.

3.3 Legal and regulatory authorities

We may disclose information when required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to comply with tax-reporting and anti-money-laundering obligations; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, safety, or property of ANTE Digital INC, our users, or others; or to investigate fraud and abuse.

3.4 Corporate transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections and continued obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy or a substantially equivalent successor.

4. Your Privacy Rights

4.1 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you reside in California, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months and the categories of sources, purposes, and recipients
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal-retention exceptions (see Section 7)
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information — not applicable, as we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we use sensitive information only for the purposes described in Section 2 (account creation, KYC, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise these rights, email privacy@playante.net. We may verify your request by asking you to confirm information already on file. We will respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests).

4.2 All users

• Access your account and data through the in-app settings screen
• Update profile information at any time
• Delete your account by emailing privacy@playante.net or via the in-app delete-account flow (subject to legal-retention requirements; see Section 7)
• Export your data in a machine-readable format on request
• Manage notification preferences from the in-app Notifications settings
• Revoke OAuth grants for Twitch / Kick / YouTube directly from the third-party provider or from in-app settings

5. Children's Privacy

Adult features of the Platform (wallet, betting, 1v1 Showdowns) are restricted to users 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact privacy@playante.net.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:

• TLS encryption in transit for all client–server traffic
• Encryption at rest for sensitive fields (KYC data, OAuth tokens, wallet bindings)
• Row-level security on our database, scoped to the authenticated user
• SECURITY DEFINER stored procedures that validate every state transition server-side
• Least-privilege access for staff, with audit logging of administrative actions
• Mandatory multi-factor authentication for staff with production access
• Regular security review and dependency monitoring (Sentry, code scanning)
• Incident-response procedures and breach-notification readiness

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify affected users of a confirmed material breach as required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. Specific retention rules:

• Account and profile data: retained until you request deletion, then deleted within 30 days subject to the exceptions below
• KYC verification records: retained for 5 years after account closure to comply with anti-money-laundering recordkeeping obligations
• Wallet, transaction, and tax records: retained for 7 years after the relevant tax year
• Live broadcast recordings: retained per the Streamer's preferences and our standard rolling retention window; clips and highlights may be retained longer where you have opted in
• Server logs and security telemetry: retained for up to 12 months
• Backups: may persist beyond the deletion date but are subject to scheduled overwrite

8. Cookies and Tracking

The web surface (app.outcome.playante.net) uses only strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF protection) and, where you have explicitly consented, anonymized analytics. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party data brokers.

The iOS app does not use cookies; it uses native Apple frameworks for session management and follows Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework where applicable. We do not request the “tracking” permission.

9. International Data Transfers

Outcome.gg is operated from the United States. The Platform is currently offered only to U.S. residents and personal information is processed on servers located in the United States. If we expand internationally, we will update this Privacy Policy and put in place appropriate transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) before initiating cross-border processing.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites and services (including Twitch, Kick, YouTube, esports data providers, and content embeds). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notice, or by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
