I signed up for the waitlist but haven't gotten an invite.
Beta access is rolling out in waves starting mid-summer 2026. We invite people in the order they signed up. If you signed up months ago and still don't see an invite, email support@playante.net with the email you used and we'll check.
I can't pair my PC and my iPhone.
The pairing QR is single-use and expires in five minutes. If your iPhone scanner times out, generate a new QR from the Companion's Pairing view. Both devices need internet access — the handshake goes through our servers, not your local network. More on the Windows download page.
I want to delete my account.
Email privacy@playante.net from the address on your account. We'll confirm and process your deletion within the timelines described in the Privacy Policy.
How do I update the companion?
The companion checks for updates on launch and applies them automatically after a confirmation prompt. You can also re-download the latest signed installer from the Windows download page once the public build is live.
