About Outcome
What is Outcome.gg?
Outcome.gg is a prediction-market platform for gaming, esports,
and live-streamed moments. The mobile app is the main experience;
a desktop companion lets streamers source their PC gameplay into
the same product. Read more on the features page.
Is Outcome a prediction market app?
Yes — Outcome is built around interactive outcome markets tied
to gaming, esports, and live-streamed moments.
What makes Outcome different from a generic gaming or fantasy app?
Outcome is built specifically around live gameplay and
live esports — markets move with the action on screen. The
desktop companion bridges PC gameplay into the iOS app so what
you're watching and what you're predicting are the same thing.
Where can I see what's inside the app before signing up?
The features page walks through the
three core market formats — 1v1 Showdowns, Solo Live Markets,
and Esports Prediction Markets — and explains how the wallet
ties them together.
Features
What is a 1v1 Showdown?
A head-to-head competition between two players. The matchmaker
pairs them, the match goes live, and viewers call the result
before the timer runs out. Full breakdown on
/features.
How do Solo Live Markets work?
A creator goes live with the companion bridging their PC into
Outcome. Markets are built around moments in their stream —
survive the round, finish the run, hit the goal. Viewers
predict in real time and markets settle as moments resolve.
See /features.
What are Esports Prediction Markets?
Real esports matches and tournaments surfaced on Outcome with
markets that follow the broadcast — group stages, finals, MVP
calls. Designed as second-screen content next to your usual
stream. See /features.
What's the difference between a Solo Live Market and an Esports Market?
Solo Live is built around a single creator's stream — markets
follow what happens during their session. Esports Markets are
built around large competitive events — leagues, tournaments,
head-to-head pro matches. Both ride on top of a live broadcast;
the difference is who's playing.
How are markets settled?
Markets settle automatically once the underlying event
resolves — a round ends, a match finishes, a milestone is hit.
Edge cases route to manual review and are disclosed when they
happen.
Beta & launch
When can I use Outcome?
Beta access opens in mid-summer 2026 to a small group of
testers. Public availability follows in late summer to early
fall 2026. Join the waitlist from the
home page for an invite.
How do I join the beta?
Sign up from the home page CTA. You pick a role — viewer or
streamer — and we invite testers in that order as capacity opens.
What do I get in the beta?
The iOS app and the desktop companion together. Beta testers
see new features earlier and shape what ships at public launch.
What devices and platforms are supported at launch?
iPhone running iOS 17 or later for the main app. Windows 10
(22H2+) or Windows 11, macOS on Apple Silicon, and Linux for
the desktop companion. Native Xbox and PlayStation companion
apps are on the post-launch roadmap.
Mobile + Companion
Is Outcome available on iOS?
Not yet. iOS Beta opens mid-summer 2026 with public launch in
late summer to early fall.
Is Outcome available on Android?
Not at launch. We're focused on iOS for the initial release.
What is the Outcome Companion?
A free desktop app that lets streamers source their PC gameplay
into the Outcome iOS app, so it shows up alongside the
prediction markets that follow it. See
the download page for system requirements.
Do I need the Companion to use Outcome?
Only if you want to source your own gameplay. Viewers don't
need it.
How does pairing my PC to my iPhone work?
Open the companion on your PC — it shows a QR code. In the
Outcome iOS app, go to Profile → Settings → Companion
to launch the scanner, point it at the QR, and the two
connect automatically. The code is single-use and expires
in five minutes.
Wallet & diamonds
What are diamonds?
Diamonds are the in-app currency. Earn them through activity
in the app and through events; spend them inside markets, on
gifts to creators, and on profile customization. Full
breakdown on /features.
Can I tip or gift creators?
Yes, with diamonds, while you're watching a live stream.
Gifts show up live for the creator and on their dashboard.
Do I need a crypto wallet to use Outcome?
No. The wallet is optional. Most viewers will use the app
without ever connecting one. Wallet connection is for users
who specifically want to manage their balance outside the app.
How does the wallet connect to my account?
Wallet connection is a one-time link from inside the app —
you choose when and how to interact with it, and you can
unlink any time from Wallet settings.
Privacy, account & support
What information does Outcome collect, and how is it used?
Outcome only collects information needed to run your account,
your markets, and your stream. No third-party ad networks.
The full Privacy Policy goes into
specifics about categories, retention, and your rights.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Some surfaces inside the app may require identity verification
depending on what you're doing. The verification flow is
surfaced inside the app when relevant; you don't need to do
anything before signing up.
How do I get support or report a bug?
